This cuvee is called by the name of Christophe BAUDRY's daughters, Marie and Justine. Among all our estates we have selected the parcels which are the most adapted to make fresh and fruity rose wines. The rose is mainly made from pressurage direct – grapes pressed on arrival – completed with saignées – bleeding the juice of our best tank with red wine.
