

The vineyard is only planted with the grape varietal Cabernet Franc on clay-limestone soil around the castle.
The harvest is always made by hand. Built in 1970 by Albert GOSSET, the winery was already equipped with tools which allow to vinify the production of Chateau de La Grille in the best conditions: vatting by gravity, stainless steel tanks, thermoregulation, punching down (pigeage)...
After making the rose from the skin maceration and aging it a few months in stainless steel tank, it is put in special bottles which is a reproduction of a Champagne bottle dating back to the 18th century.
