EXPERIENCE RANGE

In 2021, BAUDRY & DUTOUR took over the NAU family’s vineyard on the most beautiful terroirs of Bourgueil. A challenge faced with humility, a real journey !

CUVÉE STORY

On the right bank of the Loire, on the hillside of the Bourgueil vineyard, the place called “LES BLOTTIERES” evokes the blond color of Turonian limestone, and this warm and protected terroir which favors the maturity of Cabernet Franc.

TASTING

Dark garnet color and deep nose. Notes of stewed red fruits, enhanced with a touch of cocoa. A structured and ample wine with which lingers beautifully on the palate

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

It is worth decanting it ; pair it with veal, duck breast, or game birds.
