CUVÉE STORY
The name of the plot « LES BRUNETIERES » comes from the brown colour of the clay. These « aubuis » cover the limestone from the middle Turonian. The clay-limestone soil, facing south permits to obtain the best ripeness and constitutes the ideal matrix for fine wines with great ageing potential.
